Gwyn’s advise? Probably something like “get your sh– together girl. You can’t just go destroying homes in the West Village and posted nude pictures all the time. Also…eat organic and stay in really expensive hotels. Go see my reviews on GOOP.”

They weren’t photographed very much together at the event…but you can see more of the pictures here. Funny…he comes out with her just one day after her ‘respecting cheaters‘ remark hit the tabs yesterday.

HOLLYWOOD super chef Gwyneth Paltrow shocked viewers by telling Jonathan Ross: “I’d rather smoke crack than eat cheese from a can” on stage this week.

The foodie, 38, was chatting about her cookbook at the Roundhouse Studios for the iTunes festival on Tuesday when she revealed she’s banned her kids from McDonald’s.

“I take them to Pizza Express because I think that’s much healthier,” she said. “Don’t tell them there are toys!”
I get what she is saying, but add that comment to the one about banning her kids from McDonald’s  and the fact the she claims there is no excuse for any mom to not be in the shape she is in, and you’ve got a uppity white girl we love to hate.

GOOP and Glee aside, Gwyneth Paltrow has managed to stay relevant and looking almost childlike in a harsh industry that destroys even the strongest souls.

Here’s a peek at Gwyn’s new Vanity Fair shoot.

I hear you. Don’t we already know way too much about Gwyn? From her GOOP updates we know what she eats, her fitness regime, what posh hotel she stays at in Bosnia or Hanoi and how she cleans her pipes with the occasional detox.

But now we get even more GOOP for our buck. Gwyn is now officially on Facebook and Twitter and she is even posting time wasting videos.

Midway through their chat Gwyneth and Chelsea came to the realisation that they both had German grandmothers who were mean, and with the same first name. After Chelsea said her relative was “a real bitch”, Gwyneth retorted: ‘Mine was a real c***’.

Gwyneth said: ‘She just hated my guts, basically, and she tried to poison my mother against me. She must not have been very happy and she must have had a lot of pain because she was as mean as hell.’

Everyone, including the foul-mouthed Chelsea cracked up and then Gwyn went on to explain why she gave up her crazy macro diet. You can read more about it here.

She’s been living such a privileged life for so long that she thinks what she talks about is the norm. I get it.

But what I don’t get is the way she talks about her INSANE workout schedule. I agree with her attitude that it takes time and hard work and you have to just do it. But the offhanded way she describes working out for two hours a day like every woman has time for that kinda pisses me off.

On her challenge areas:
“My butt! My butt, butt, butt. When Tracy met me, she said that I had a long, square butt that she was going to redesign, and I was, like, “Yeah? Good luck.” The amazing thing is, she was right! And it’s still changing!”

How she stays sane about her body:
“I’ve found what works for me. I know if I put in an hour and a half, five days a week, I’m good. If I’m on vacation and, like, “F— it, I’m not working out,” I know what to do when I get back. A lot of women think, “Oh, my God, I could never get there,” but I don’t think that’s true. It’s simply relative to how much you put into it.”

How consistent she stays, foodwise:
“I say I always eat right, but last night, I had fried clams, pasta with duck sausage and two glasses of red wine. When I want to lose, I eat less pasta, bread and potatoes. Before last year’s Iron Man 2 premiere, I did green juices and salads for three days.”

Gwyneth’s fitness secret:
“I do 45 minutes of cardio five days a week, because I like to eat. I also try for 45 minutes of muscular structure work, which is toning, realigning and lengthening. If I’m prepping for something or I’ve been eating a lot of pie, I do two hours a day, six days a week for two weeks.”

A source at Hearst Publishing claims that Gwyn is in super secret spy talks with them about publishing her own food magazine. A rep for Hearst denies the rumor, but the source says that it is something they’re talking about.

I’m sure they are waiting to see how Gwyn’s cookbook My Father’s Daughter sells before any real decisions are made. If the book sells it could prove to Hearst that a she could sell a food magazine as well.

The actress and singer, who has been singing all over the place throughout the past year — from ‘Glee’ to the Oscar-nominated song for ‘Country Strong’ — will release her first full-length album if the new contract comes through with Atlantic Records. Paltrow, who most recently sang the Oscar-nominated ‘Country Home,’ has been in talks with the record giant and may get a contract worth approximately $900,000.

Probably because someone told her she was good in Country Strong. Or maybe because her new BFF is country star Faith Hill. Her time spent in Nashville filming Country Strong obviously made a huge impact on her.

Gwyn gets a bum wrap on most blogs, but I’ve always like her. I see where she is coming from and I don’t think she’s pretentious. I think she is just living her life. I also think she’s had some major Botox done lately.

Check out that perfectly smooth forehead.

I’m just saying…..

Although to be fair her forehead wasn’t as stretched and smooth as certain former Oscar host.

Now that’s a shiny, smooth wrinkle free head!
