This just goes to show that a musician will always get the girl. The sexy of James Blunt is a mystery to me but the girls love him so much that they rip their right off when he’s around. And if I’m not mistaken that’s the recently fired CSI star Gary Dourdan enjoying party too.

You kids know how much we lurve Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab and are uber-excited about season two coming to VH1 this October. Read about it HERE. But now with the news that CSI trainwreck Gary Dourdan joining the cast at the last minute we are absolutely giddy with anticipation. Gary was arrested in California in April after the po-po’s found (lots of) drugs in his car. He was fined and ordered to complete a 16-class drug program.

According to the National Enquirer, producers of the show approached Dourdan shortly after the plea bargain and asked him to take part in the series – and he agreed. A source tells the tabloid, “Gary knows he screwed up, but he wants to stay in the public eye. He didn’t think twice about doing the show. He’s used to being on TV.” A spokesperson for the show refused to confirm Dourdan’s involvement.

Oh please, please, please let this be true!!! Adding this hunky junkie to the cast of Celebrity Rehab would be brilliant! Not only will it add some much needed sexiness to the show, its gonna add a lot of sexual tension to the group. You Nikki McKibben is gonna be all up on that. 

Why does no one ever make a big deal about male celebrities gaining weight? We hate to call out Gary Dourdan from CSI because we love the show and the guy is usually pure hotness, but we are fighting the good fight here. Jennifer Love Hewitt gets ridiculed for being curvy and this guy get a free pass when he has obviously been enjoying his time off for the writers strike.

Add Gary Dourdan to the ‘not cool enough to get into this hot club list’ along with Tara Reid and Joanie Laurer. Gary and his crew rolled up to new Hollywood hot spot Parc over the weekend only to be denied entrance at the door. Even after Gary’s friends clued the clueless bouncer in on just who Gary is and just what show he is on could they get past the velvet rope. Life is brutal in L.A.
