The former tv star and current loser was drunk and arguing with his wife in the middle of the street. After he was arrested for public drunkeness, cops found a baggie with a gram of pot on him.

What a sad life. Last time I heard, David was hawking time shares in Vegas on morning radio shows. Sad.
