Dane Cook may be a joke stealing loser, but he made me laugh as I sat through the teeny-bopper choice awards show to bring you guys the juicy details.

He’s getting slammed today for calling Vanessa Hudgens out for have not one set of nude cell phone pictures leaked..but two. Dane said as always his comments were all about getting a laugh.

“Mostly I just wanted it to be funny,” he explained. “That’s the best part about being a comic when you go, ‘maybe I can say the thing that everybody is kind of feeling and nobody [is saying].’ The elephant in the room moment. So, I’ll take it, I’ll take the hit. It’s okay.”

Here’s what Dane said to Vanessa from the stage:

“You got to keep your clothes on, girl! Phones are for phonecalls, girl!”

Collegiate comedy favorite Dane Cook has been royally ripped off….by his BROTHER. TMZ reported yesterday that Dane’s business manager/brother has been arrested for stealing millions of dollars from his famous sibling.

Darryl McCauley — who was in charge of Cook’s financial affairs since the 90s — was arrested today by the Massachusetts State Police and charged with three counts of larceny and forgery. Authorities say in one case, Dane’s bro forged a $3 million check and deposited it in his account. McCauley will be arraigned tomorrow in Woburn District Court.

Maybe he just got sick of watching his overrated brother get the money and the girls. I really can’t blame the dude.

After the ego busting blow of being beat out for the role of Lucy Ewing (see below) by a Hollywood newcomer, Jessica is reportedly running into the arms of her co-star in her upcoming movie “Employee of the Month” Dane Cook.

These two have been seen acting hot and heavy at Hollywood hot spots like the nightclub, Hyde.
