The new album is ready and it’s like giant pyramids. How’s that for some new fun Courtney-crazy?

After being in the pipeline for several years, Nobody’s Daughter is now almost ready for the world. She said: “It’s really epic; very, very, big.

“It’s like giant black pyramids.”

Earlier this year it was claimed the release of the new album had been delayed – because of paranormal activity in the studio.

The hard-partying 44-year-old widow of Kurt Cobain left dirty needles and used feminine hygiene products behind, according to sources, and also flooded the floor. “She caused so much damage in eight hours and wreaked so much havoc. It was actually kind of funny . . . minus the $5,000 in repairs,” one insider told us.

Talk of Love’s downward spiral has been escalating lately, but Courtney blames it all on the stress of losing more than $750 million from her late husband’s estate — but another possible explanation is the pills and syringes she’s been carrying around. On June 18, TMZ filmed her in front of the hotel, emptying the contents of her purse to reveal “a pill holder” filled with the sleep aid Sonata, “more pills,” and a syringe.

Love told TMZ, “I have not taken drugs in five and a half years but I do have a syringe in here. It’s for an emergency, [in case] I can’t see, and it’s very dangerous.”

Courtney Love has promised to put on weight after she was pictured looking frighteningly thin and gaunt in New York last week. The former Hole lead singer, who covered up her skeletal frame in a black and white coat during an outing in the city yesterday, says she has been ordered to start eating by her doctor who diagnosed her with malnutrition.

‘I know I’ve got too skinny,’ she says in a new interview. ‘I know I need to sort it out. I am going to put on 15lbs in one month… I do not have body dysmorphia. Seriously, I want to get fatter. You know, when I was 192lbs [13st 5lbs], I thought I looked hot!… [My doctor] gave me a massive shot of vitamins and told me to start eating,’ she revealed in the current issue of Grazia.

The 44-year-old yo-yo dieter is more than two stone below the recommend healthy weight for her height. Even she was taken aback by the scales after she stepped on to weigh herself during an interview with the magazine.

‘S***, I though I was like 130lbs [9st 2lbs], but I’m 118lbs [8st 4lbs] and I’m 5ft 10ins, that’s not good for someone my height,’ she told the reporter. She continued: ‘I need to start working out again. It’s the stress – you have no idea what it has been like these last few months. I need to get to the bottom of this fraud, I need answers.’

44-year-old Courtney looked shockingly frail when she was spotted in New York doing some banking this week. Pale and gaunt and skin and bones. Nice.

Court began dieting in 2006 to lose the 45lb she piled on after managing to quit her long-standing drug habit. She eventually lost 52lb with the help of a diet of protein shakes, fish and vegetables. So she says…most everyone else believes she found an unscrupulous doctor to perform gastric band surgery and lipo on her.

Courtney’s lawyer told Page Six: “I have never seen such greed and moral turpitude. This case is going to make Bernard Madoff look warm and fuzzy. We will be filing civil cases . . . within the next 30 days. There are many, many millions missing. We’ve only been able to track down $30 million, but there is more. And then there is the real estate”

She added, “There is now a web of homes which were bought, flipped and used to launder money — up to $500 million worth. Any of the property we can get back will be donated to people who have lost their homes in foreclosures.”

So does that mean that someone took $30 million and turned it into $500 million? If that’s the case, then Courtney should track him down and hire him as her financial advisor.

The Wrestler star spent most of Monday evening at the do at Big Sky Studios in North London trying to grapple with us, while 44-year-old Hole singer Courtney looked like she’d like to get us in a half nelson!Aware that Elle Woman of the Year Courtney was texting him from across the table, we told Mickey, 56, we didn’t want to be in a Love triangle.

Call me crazy, but I think this is one Hollywood hook-up that might actually work. These two are just batshit crazy enough to pull it off.

I hope Frances Bean has already started her therapy. The sooner she starts working on her crazy-ass mother issues the better.

“I had a long, hard fall. I set the stage for Britney to crash and burn. I went through it all first.”

She also comes clean to Elle magazine about her weight and the rumor that a surgically inserted gastric band helped her lose soooo much weight this year.

“If I could get a gastric band I would!” she says. “I did go to see a Hollywood doctor about it. I wasn’t desperate, I just knew I had to do something. He said no. I might have been fat, but I wasn’t that fat. I tried lipo on my stomach after that. It was horrible and it didn’t work.”

Courtney says the only thing that worked was just NOT EATING. She started eating again when she noticed that “I lost my tits, I lost my ass. My stomach was really loose and saggy because I hadn’t done any exercise to lose the weight, I simply hadn’t eaten.”

None of this surprises me….but I am pleased to hear that at least one Hollywood plastic surgeon has some sense. Or maybe it was just the CLove just isnt’ big enough star for him to bend the rule for.

Along with many other ridiculous and maudlin rants, Courtney accuses her housekeeper of stealing tons of designer clothes. She even went to Style.com and posted links from fashion shows of every single piece that was stolen. Court also accused Miriam Torres of stealing millions of dollars from her. That’s how you know its all nonsense…Courtney Love does not have millions of dollars.

She changed her mood several times yesterday as well going from “suicidal depression in the midst of opulence’ to ‘krimping‘. Whatever the hell that means.

I’m no expert, but 60 post in 2 hours complete with links to each piece of clothing stolen from her is the work of either a misunderstood genius or possibly a tweeked out meth addict. If you feel like you must read her rambling nonsense, you can see it HERE.

But The News of the World says that is NOT how she did it. “Courtney keeps laughing to her friends and saying, ‘Everyone thinks I’ve had hypnosis but why bother with all that effort? All I did was check myself in and have a fat band fitted’. The source also went on to reveal that several doctors refused to do the surgery for Courtney because she was never obese…but she eventually found an unethical surgeon who just wanted the money. I remember Courtney saying that she had her housekeeper put a big metal lock on her fridge so she wouldn’t be able to cheat on her new strict diet.

I sort of hope this turns out to be completely false and Courtney threatens to sue…I had a new found respect for the incredible self-discipline she had over her compulsive eating. I bought into her rants about how hard she was working and how she was being honest about being hungry all the time to stay thin. I liked hearing the ugly truth behind the Hollywood skinny but now it’s turns out none of it was true and she took the easy way out. Poser.

“A sweet sixteen is a big event and I think she looked upon you as family. I know she did, as a trustworthy and wise (child), and you can’t lay your shit on a child of nine, and you as a man of 40 – my child sobbing, due to you, is unacceptable. I hate stating this on some random public forum, but the line is the kid, man.”

Courtney made sure she let Billy know that he was easily replaced when she bragged that the boys from  My Chemical Romance has stepped up to the plate and decided to be the big rock star at Beanies party.

“Gearrd Way (sic), who would do it in five seconds and has even asked and begged for his bandmate to cancel out on the honeymoon of his so he can do it, made sure to promise to be there.”

I think Courtney may have taken her “detox” diet a teensy bit too far.

Courtney said: “I can’t believe anyone would take Kurt’s ashes from me. I find it disgusting and right now I’m suicidal. If I don’t get them back I don’t know what I’ll do. They were all I had left of my husband. I used to take them everywhere with me just so I could feel Kurt was still with me. Now it feels like I have lost him all over again.”

While we really don’t believe that Cort schlepped Kurt’s ashes around the world with her, we do think it’s terribly sad that someone would steal a loved-one’s ashes. And who would really want Courtney Love’s dirty old clothes anyway???? And what the hell is anyone going to do with a dead rock star’s ashes??? Give the crazy old lady her dead husband back you creep!
