I’m not even sure what to say about this. Gwyneth Paltrow gave Courtney Love a much needed shout out on Twitter.

Gwyn’s advise? Probably something like “get your sh– together girl. You can’t just go destroying homes in the West Village and posted nude pictures all the time. Also…eat organic and stay in really expensive hotels. Go see my reviews on GOOP.”

How has this not ever happened before?

Courtney Love was a hot mess way back when Lindsay Lohan was that freckled face Disney kid that still had a chance at a future. So the fact that we’ve never heard a story of her getting evicted before is odd.

Courtney Love is facing eviction from her four-story landmark West Village townhouse for damaging the property, altering the home’s designer interior and failing to pay rent, according to the owners.

“This is an extraordinary and meticulously designed home, and the lease very clearly protected it from alteration by the tenant,” said Astor Street Partners. The owner claims Love wallpapered and repainted “significant portions” of the property which had been “expertly applied by highly skilled craftsmen at enormous cost.”

Back in June Courtney nearly burned the place down when the curtains and bed linens in the 4th floor bedroom caught fire. It got so out of control that she injured her hand trying to put out the flames before the firemen got there.

“The damage demonstrates enormous disregard for the lease agreement and the design vision that makes the home so unique. The property does not now remotely resemble the residence she moved into,” the owners said.

Astor Street Partners estimate repairs will cost over $100,000 and claim Love owes $54,000 in back rent.
