So this is what the very talented and once very attractive Christina Aguilera looked like at the Michael Jackson tribute concert over the weekend.

Who told her this looked good? I’m not even going to insult her because I’m starting to get worried about my girl. Her rumored alcohol problem seems to be taking its toll on her. If that’s the case then someone in her inner circle should be shot for letting this happen. This look is as tragic as what we saw during Bald-Britney-Gate.

Reports popped up this morning that the producers at The Voice are planning on replacing Christina Aguilera. They contracted her for the first two seasons, so we will see her big red-old-tired lipstick for one more season. But if she doesn’t shape up it looks like Katy Perry/Nicki Minaj/Rihanna/Gaga or countless other pop-singers may have a new job.

The reason…she is a total diva on set and doesn’t do what he’s supposed to;

“She doesn’t spend time with her contestants like she’s supposed to. She doesn’t participate. She spends most of her time on the set with her boyfriend.”

We all know Christina Aguilera is a bloated boozy blond these days. But if you put a few pieces of the puzzle together you can see just what a mean-spirited bitch she really is. Years ago, when The Osbournes first aired on MTV, Kelly Osbourne made some ugly comments about Xtina which she later retracted at the end of the show. Now, years later the reason behind Kelly’s ugly outburst have finally come to light.

Kelly Osbourne took their feud to a new level during a recent episode of E!’s Fashion Police. And guess what? Bloated, boozy Xtina started it all by talking about Kelly and making fun of her weight.

After Joan Rivers, 78, said Aguilera looked “stuffed into” a Givenchy LBD at anevent in Munich, Germany last month (and likened her to “Snooki’s Scandinavian cousin”), Osbourne chimed in: “Maybe she is just becoming the fat bitch she was born to be. I don’t know. She was a c**t to me. And she bought my house!”

Osbourne’s digs at 30-year-old Aguilera’s fluctuating weight didn’t end there. “She called me fat for so many f***ing years,” Osbourne continued, “so you know what? F**k you! You’re fat too.”

Ironically, Osbourne opened up to Us Weekly in Feb. 2010 about her own weight struggles. “I took more hell for being fat than I did for being an absolute ragingdrug addict. I will never understand that,” the reality star, who checked into rehabfor drug and alcohol addiction three times, said.

The 5-foot-2 Osbourne, who once weighed “almost 160″ pounds, recalled once walking down the street when “some horrible obnoxious teenager screamed out a car window to me, ‘You’re fat!’ I went to my parents [Sharon and Ozzy] bawling, ‘I would rather be called ugly than be called fat!’”

After years of yo-yo dieting, Osbourne shed more than 48 pounds thanks to her 2009 stint on Dancing With the Stars — and she’s kept it off since!

“I just commit to half an hour a day. It doesn’t seem overwhelming and I can handle that,” she told Us in Oct. 2010. “I do half an hour on the treadmill and when I feel like doing more, I’ll do a few sit-ups and some weights.”

I think American Idol’s days are numbered. No one watches it anymore, not even with this seasons new judges. It’s pretty much run it’s course and that’s why Simon Cowell bailed. He is alot of things, but not stupid. Plus, NBC is gearing up for a new artist search talent show with a new, fresher format and newer much fresher and hip judges.

Christina Aguilera was officially announced as the third judge on NBC’s “The Voice,” their new singing competition reality show meant to rival Fox’s “American Idol”. She joins Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine of Maroon 5, potentially giving the new upstart a more popular judging panel. In fact, they won’t only judge, but they’ll coach the contestants, too.

The show is to be produced by Mark Burnett and John de Mol, who created “The Voice of Holland,” the Dutch television obsession that the show will be based on. Carson Daly is set to host.

In a statement, Christina said: “I am so excited to be part of such a wonderful project that celebrates music and the talent behind it. To be given the opportunity to help shape new artists’ careers and mentor them to see their dreams come to fruition is a task I welcome with open arms.mI am so happy to be working with fellow Grammy Award winners Adam and Cee Lo as I feel there is so much we can all bring to ‘The Voice’.”

So I guess this sort of cancels out the public drunkeness arrest and also kills any hope of getting this hot mess into rehab anytime soon.
