Lindsay Lohan caused quite a stir last night at London’s Chinawhite nightclub. LiLo was in town accompanying her sweetheart Samantha Ronson who was guest DJ-ing at the club. Hundreds of fans and paparazzi showed up to see Lindsay, including her sleezeball ex-boyfriend Calum Best.

You may remember that Calum and Lindsay enjoyed a short-lived romance in May of 2007 that included an intimate vacation in the Bahamas and rumors of a sex tape. Most people believed it was Calum that leaked that grainy cell phone picture of Lindsay in a compromising position (NSFW). Wisely, Lindsay chose to ignore the prematuring balding Brit all night.

A insider said: ‘Lindsay was horrified when she found out Calum was there and refused to talk to him. Samantha gets jealous of her former male lovers, and Lindsay didn’t want to upset her.’
