According to Life & Style magazine, Avril Lavigne is soo over her (soon to be) ex-husband Dereck Whibley that she is already back on the dating scene. And guess who she’s dating???? Handy-freakin-Manny. That’s Wilmer Valderrama for those of  you who don’t have toddlers at  home.

A source tells Life & Style, “They have been friends since working together on Fast Food Nation in 2005, but things heated up last month. One of their first dates was Oct. 29 at Nobu in West Hollywood.”
Then just this past weekend, the two were spotted again out clubbing at LA hotspot Wonderland. The pair took things public at LA club Wonderland last Saturday.
“She had her hand on his knee and they were whispering in each other’s ear, laughing,” says a witness. “They even closed the club, sneaking out just after 2.”

Wilmer is not one of my favs…still I don’t wish Avril The Faux Punker on him.

Avril Lavigne isn’t even properly divorced yet and she is moving in with greasy bear Brandon Davis. Rumors have been floating around since last December that Avril was digging on Brandon…and it looks like this relationship may have been the catalyst that ended her punk rock marriage.

A source tells In Touch, “Avril is selling her home where she lived with Deryck, while Brandon still lives in his family’s Bel-Air mansion….They both needed a place to live, so they decided to move in together.”

Well at least it looks like she’s getting him to wash his greasy hair and he doesn’t look quite as sweaty as usual. Still…EEEWWW.

Was the Dole food company heir responsible for the breakdown of Avril Lavigne’s marriage to Deryk Whibley? Probably not, it was probably all about the fact that the faux-punk princess is stumbling down Britney Spears Drive on her way to Paris Hilton Avenue. It’s already widely known that Avril hooked up with greasy bear Brandon Davis, and now she’s trying to snag her a pineapple boy.

Avril Lavigne was partying like a single gal even before she and husband Deryk Whibley announced their split on Sept. 17. So it’s no shocker that the “Sk8er Boi” singer has already jumped into a new relationship – with Dole Food Company billionaire Justin Murdock. “Avril and Justin have been to Hawaii together but mostly they’ve been holed up at his place,” an insider tells Star. “Avril’s had a thing for Justin for a while.” Indeed, the two were caught getting close at L.A.’s Delux Bar last December.

But Avril, 25, isn’t ready to go public yet, says the insider. “That’s fine by him – it means they’ll spend more time alone!” As for Deryck, he stepped out with model Hanna Beth Merjos in Las Vegas on Oct. 2.

I know this is redundant information, we’ve all known for months. But now it’s official. Avril Lavigne confirmed that she and her husband are splitting on her website.

“Deryck and I have been together for 6 and a half years. We have been friends since I was 17, started dating when I was 19, and married when I was 21. I am grateful for our time together, and I am grateful and blessed for our remaining friendship,” Avril wrote.

Now she’ll have more time to make cheap, crappy, poser tween clothes for Kohls.

Avril Lavigne was photographed out grocery shopping this week looking mighty round in the belly. Is she hoping a little fake-punk baby will save her marriage to Deryck Whibley?

Or is she just trying to get some Christmas time publicity for her unimaginative line of teen-fake-punk clothing line Abbey Dawn?

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley seemed like the perfect little poser couple for several years, but now their faux-punk fairytale may be about to crumble. The National Enquirer says that the couple have been growing apart since Avril’s career started blowing up again. Mrs. Whibley’s world tour started earlier this year and her new clothing line Abby Dawn launched this year as well, outfitting millions of tweens in punk princess prettiness. Apparently…..Deryck is not dealing with the fact that his woman is bringin’ home the bacon worldwide while he sits around playing Madden 08 somewhere in L.A.

Avril and Deryck haven’t been photographed together in months, but the D man has been photographed holding hands with some unknown chick outside a L.A. nightclub recently.

Has our favorite faux-punktress been caught in an uncompromising position? A sex tape of a girl who looks a lot of like Avril Lavigne from behind has been circulating around the internet the past 24 hours.

At first I thought it might be a fake, until I heard her new single “Don’t Tell Me” playing in the background. It must be the easiest job in town these day to be in PR. All you have to do is “leak” your clients sex tape and you’ve got more press and blog posts that you can shake a stick at. It doesn’t even have to be your client.
