The details of the Charlie Sheen/Brooke Mueller pre-nup were released this week and two things are now perfectly clear to me. Brooke Mueller has a major drug problem, and she is not very smart. Charlie Sheen’s current contract with Two and a Half Men may be worth over $75 million over the entire length of the show, and all Brooke is going to walk away with is $4 mil?

Well..that was before he held a knife to her throat last December and it also doesn’t count child support for the couples twins.

If Brooke files for divorce from Charlie, here’s all she’ll reportedly walk away with (in addition to child support)

* Wedding Payment: $500,000
* 2009 Anniversary Payments: $300,000
* 2010 Anniversary Payment, Pro-Rated: $275,000
* Aubrey Road Real Estate Share, Pro-Rated for Two Years and 11 Months: $2,356,000
* Relocation Fee: $100,000
* Car: For the sake of argument, let’s assume it’s a four-door 2009 Mercedes such as the one Charlie owned until February when it ended at the bottom of a cliff: $35,000
* Total: $3,566,000

Both spouses signed away their claim to the other’s earnings, which means, if they divorce, Brooke is not entitled to any portion of Charlie’s assets or any spousal support. The prenup explicitly avoids any discussion of child support—Brooke and Charlie had twins in March of 2009—a matter that was to be negotiated separately.

At the time of the prenup, Charlie Sheen’s net worth was $16.1 million, only $1.4 million of which was liquid—a surprisingly low figure for a man who has been A-list actor for three and a half decades and is capable of earning upwards of $1 million to film a single episode of his CBS sitcom. At the time the prenup was signed, Sheen’s Aubrey Road home was estimated to be worth $8.5 million. He also lists a watch collection worth $5.6 million, and art work and home furnishings worth another $3.4 million. His retirement account holds a mere $3,908

Sources connected Celebrity Rehab have revealed that Dr. Drew and company are ready to go after the big fish. The casting department has set its sights on celeb hot messes Lindsay Lohan, Heather Locklear, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller.

Of course, none of them have accepted even though rumor has it that the show offered LiLo a cool million to appear on the Celeb Rehab as well as as Sober House and a third spin-off show.

Show sources say they were told Lindsay has refused , partly because she doesn’t think she has a problem and partly because she wants nothing to do with Dr. Drew after he has called her out on her BS so many times.

They were shut down with Heather Locklear too when her people said that Heather doesn’t have a problem.

Brooke Mueller and Jenna Jameson has also turned them down but they are still working on Charlie Sheen.

Filming starts May 10 and they still don’t have a big name to pull in viewers. Can you IMAGINE the fun it would be if landed all these celebs????? Can you say may-jah ratings?

In Touch says that Brooke Mueller  is so fed up with Charlie Sheen’s bullsh*t that she wants to leave him. You can’t blame her. How humiliating to see your husband in a disguise sneaking out of his girlfriends house…on the cover of a weekly!

“Brooke is now seriously considering divorce,” a close friend of Brooke’s tells In Touch. On this week’s cover of In Touch, the Two and Half Men star was caught cheating on his wife — in disguise — with lingerie model (and paid escort) Angelina Tracy while he was supposed to be in rehab treatment.

“Brooke is not surprised by anything Charlie does at this point — she is doing what she needs to do to be a good mother to Max and Bob, and she can’t control what Charlie does,” adds Brooke’s friend. “She is in a really good place right now, and her main concern is the kids.”

I’m not sure why she hasn’t already divorced his sorry ass. If she leaves him she’ll get mad alimony and child support and maybe get her own reality show like Denise Richards. Life after Charlie can be good.

Actually, I don’t think she’s completed her program yet. I think she has live in care while she is dealing with her serious crack cocaine addiction.

Brooke Mueller might not be the cracked-out idiot I thought she was. At least she has the sense to get out of the toxic relationship she’s been in for the past few years. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.. Charlie Sheen = Satan.
