In the trailer for Paris Hilton’s new show we see Brooke Mueller breaking down and admitting that she needs help. Right before she went BACK to rehab. Again.

I guess the stories of Brooke Mueller begging her friends for clean urine last week were true.

Just a few days after Brooke was seen trying to pawn a watch and some stereo equipment her people have confirmed that she is back in rehab AGAIN.

The story is she is making a preemptive move since Charlie Sheen is using her week long bender to his advantage. Lawyers are already working to get the twins away from her.

I just don’t know what to say about this. It’s almost too ridiculous to be true. I really don’t why Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen split up. They are PERFECT for each other.

TMZ posted this video today of a very antsy Brooke Mueller trying to pawn an expensive watch and stereo equipment to get some quick cash.

In the video Brooke is seen anxiously pacing while desperately trying to get cash for the two items … but the store would not make the purchase because Brooke did not have a valid I.D.

Brooke certainly shouldn’t need the money, because she’s getting $55,000 a month in child support, not to mention the multi-million dollar settlement she scored in her divorce with Charlie Sheen. We’re told Brooke’s mom is taking care of the twins.

We tried contacting Brooke for comment but we can’t find her.

Aren’t you supposed to refrain from having these kinds of relationships for at least a year when you are in recovery from an addiction? So what in the hell is Charlie Sheen’s crackhead ex-wife Brooke Mueller going hooking up with Dave Navarro?

I’m still secretly hoping that Carmen Electra and Dave get back together one day so I’m really against this hook-up. But really…it was most likely just one crazy coked up hook-up. You know Dave does not want to get involved in that Charlie Sheen drama.

Dave Navarro helped Brooke Mueller get over the pain of her impending divorce from Charlie Sheen last night in Aspen — with a crazy public make-out session!

Our Aspen spies spotted the two downstairs at Nobu, at around 8:15 PM.

We’re told Jane’s Addiction band members and Brooke were at the table. Dave went outside to smoke and Brooke followed … once outside they began to “full on make out,” as Dave had his hand on her chest.

They came back inside, got their stuff and left together. Happy New Year!

This picture is embarrassing for Brooke Mueller on so many levels.

What’s worse? Being caught with your hands down your pants going for gold...or getting photographed moving out of your house but sure as hell not forgetting your sex swing.
