I’m not sure what is going on with my girl Bethenny Frankel’s face..and it’s making me sad.

The picture on the left was taken in April of this year, the picture on the right was taken this week. Have her cheek implants fallen? Botox wearing off? Or maybe a new doctor doing her injections really messed up? Her eyes look rounder and her lips look fuller.

I don’t know. but I don’t like it. She’s looking very ‘Olsen Twin’.

If you are a Bethenny Ever After fan, which I am, then you know homegirl recently sold her Skinnygirl Cocktail line to a major liquor distributor for BIG BUCKS. Like $120 million big bucks. Yeah.

She might be the only reality tv star to use the guilty pleasure media to become a very successful business woman.

E! Online is reporting that Frankel is being sued by Raw Talent Inc., who used to represent ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’ star. The company is claiming that Frankel “willfully and knowingly fleeced” it out of an estimated $12 million in commissions and they also want additional punitive damages upwards of $100 million.

In the lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Raw Talent claims that they helped start and grow Frankel’s career to where it is today.

Raw Talent claims that Frankel agreed to pay them 10 percent in commission when she signed with the company in the summer of 2008, and later that year, she sought their advice in developing and marketing her Skinnygirl cocktail line.

The suit alleges that Frankel fired the company just days before the launch of the cocktail line, which ended up being a huge success.

She said it herself on the season finale…”Mo money mo problems”

This makes me so sad; my reasons are twofold.

1.) ABC is doing yet another lame ‘with the stars’ show but this time on ice skates; and 2.) Vince Neil is going to be on it!

I totally understand why everyone else is doing it…the rest of the cast makes sense. But Vince Freakin’ Neil???? Voice of rebellion from my youth? The lead singer of Motely Freakin’ Crue skating for old ladies on Sunday nights for some cash just makes me cry.

ABC announced the cast of its new competition show Tuesday during “Dancing With the Stars.”

Reality star Bethenny Frankel, Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil, ski champ Jonny Moseley and actors Sean Young, Rebecca Budig and Brandon Mychal Smith will take to the ice when the new show premieres on Nov. 22.

The show will have a similar format to “Dancing,” with stars learning new routines each week and performing them for judges scores and viewer votes.

My favorite NY housewife has officially left the franchise. But don’t be sad fellow Bethenny Frankel fans. Her spin off show, Bethenny Getting Married was picked up for a second season and gets fantastic ratings. Plus, she is so much less bitchy and happier on her own show when she doesn’t have to deal with that batshit crazy Kelly Bensimon or backstabbing Jill Zarin.

Bethenny revealed that “Last season was scary and ps ainful. It took all of the joy out of it,” so she doesn’t “see any reason to go back.  My gut’s saying not to be part of this cast.”

I’m still so awed by how in shape The Real Housewives of New York’s Bethenny Frankel managed to stay in while pregnant and how quickly her body bounced back that I have been devouring all things Skinny Girl lately.

Of course, you all know that Bethenny touts a nothing-is-off-limits-but-everything-must-be-in-moderation mantra about dieting and nutrition. And she just expanded on it on The Huckabee Show. What she says makes perfect sense, but it’s not so easy to wrap your head around only taking two bites of chocolate cake instead of eating the whole thing…especially when you are in it. But I do totally agree with what she says in theory. It’s the application of it that trips me up every time.

“The truth is, you can’t be extreme, meaning there’s no binging but there’s no crash dieting … Truthfully, most people are terrified while they’re pregnant that they have to eat for two and then they binge. And then when they’re not pregnant they go on a crash diet. Extremes don’t work.”
