Chaos erupted outside an America’s Next Top Model casting call in midtown Manhattan over the weekend when an overheating car triggered hundreds of glammed up hopefuls to freak the hell out.

Screaming and running for their lives, hundreds of models tripped and toppled over in the high heels all along W. 55th Street after someone started shouting, “There’s a bomb!”

By the time the craziness ended, six women were injured and two women and one man were busted for inciting a riot.

Tyra Banks is bringing the fierce this season with a America’s Next Top Model first. “Isis” is the first trans-gender contestant to ever appear on the modeling reality show, and hopefully the last. I’m all for ‘be who you really are’, it’s bad enough there is a world full of skinny-supermodels out there that look better in a pair of jeans than I do. I sure has hell don’t want boys looking better in them than I do!

Well, not meet them but at least we get a good look at them in this new ad. America’s Next Top Model Cycle 11 is back biatches! Tyra Banks and crew return to television Wednesday, September 3rd.

So if this is cycle 11, that would mean that there are 10 other Top Models out there already. Really? Other than seeing anorexic Jolene on occasion, it doesn’t see to me that the winners of this show get any work at all. I don’t know kids. I’m starting to think winning this competition does not a Top Model make.

Modeling is not for the week of heart. America’s Next Top Model Cycle 7 winner Caridee English was admitted to the hospital on Sundayfor dehydration.  That’s funny, we thought all model drank lots of water…no food….but lots of water.

A source says English was taken by ambulance last weekend from the MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Connecticut, where she was attending a party at Shrine, a new restaurant/club.  “CariDee did go to the hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning to be treated for dehydration,” her rep confirms. “She called to be taken to the hospital. She is fine and back to work in Los Angeles.”

You know what this is don’t you? Crazy-ass Melrose probably put a hex on her. You KNOW she was not a good loser.

Tyra Banks better get her step up her game this cycle on America’s Next Top Model. Nikki Taylor and Tyson Bedford on Bravo’s Make Me A Supermodel is going to give Tyra, Nigel, Jay, and Ms. Jay a run for their money. Sadly Twiggy won’t be returning this season and will be replaced by Paulina Porizkova.

The Bravo show seems much more high fashion and serious to us. But that don’t mean we won’t be watching for the fierce-ness on ANTM.  Cycle 10 of ANTM will premiere on The CW network on Wednesday, February 20th at 8pm.
