There’s some buzz out there that Britney Spears will be hosting Saturday Night Live on November 22. No one will confirm this news yet but as Brit-Brit’s new album Circus will dropping next month this would be a marketing no brainer. The date is listed on the New Music Tipsheet too and that’s an industry trade and pretty reliable.

If Britney does turn up on SNL, it will be her third time hosting. The first being eight years ago when she became the youngest person in history to both host and perform in the same episode. Britney’s also been a good sport about mocking herself so if this pans out it should be good one. The writing has never been better at SNL than right now in my not so humble opinion.
