Britney and Kevin are back in the States and by all appearances, everything is ok. Britney even threw her dear hubby a birthday bash on March 21 for his 28th birthday. Britney, Kevin and 10 or so special guests arrived at Vegas hot spot Tao around 8:30pm Tuesday, sneaking in a side door.

After eating and opening gifts the party moved on to Pure Nightclub where Britney danced barefoot and cuddled with her man on a VIP bed in the club most of the night.

Sources say Britney was seen drinking a few Cosmo’s. This could mean there is no second baby, only a pudgy belly.
