Britney Spears Takes Off With Adnan Ghalib…Sam Lufti Upset

Please, please, please forgive us for nothing but pages of Britney Spears news. But really, what else tops her hijinx this weekend? Page Six has just reported that photog/boy toy Adnan Ghalib caught up with Britney while she was driving aimlessly around town after her early hospital release. Britney’s pal Sam Lutfi is beside himself with worry.
Sources close to Sam Lufti are telling PageSix.com that Sam is genuinely concerned because Britney is at her most vulnerable right now. Sam is scouring L.A. for Britney and fears that Ghalib’s Svengali-like influence will further threaten Britney’s stability.
Britney pulled the married shutterbug from the 30-car caravan of paparazzi that regularly follow her two weeks ago, and the pair spent a long night holed up in her L.A. hotel suite. They also reportedly spent hours together in another hotel earlier this week.
