Those parenting classes that Britney Spears was ordered to take last week couldn’t have come soon enough. Not only does she allegedly drink, smoke and do drugs in front of the kids by the looks of Sean Preston’s little teeth she gives them way too much sugar or way too many bottles. Little Sean was photographed last Thursday with badly discolored teeth while he and his mommy were out shopping on Roberston Boulevard.

One possible reason for Sean’s teeth is the fact that Britny is known to give him bottles full of juice to stop him from crying, and one insider has reported that she is always giving him junk food and on occasion chewing gum, which is of course a choking hazard for a toddler.

Sean’s discolored teeth give credit to the rumor that Britney asked a dentist last month if he could whiten his teeth. Could it get any worse for these kids?
