Doctors at Promises treatment center are in shock at the bad shape that Britney Spears is in. Not only is she still in complete denial about her addiction problem, she has been getting in tons of trouble. She has already been reprimanded for making cell phone calls, left to go shopping and now she wants to leave for good. Britney claims she is only suffering from PPD and does not need to be there. Sources say that she is pissed at her family and her manager for pressuring her into the program.

If Kevin wasn’t standing strong about the custody of the kids, she probably would’ve already taken off again to the local tattoo parlor.
