Someone in the know in the Britney Spears camp says that she is not dating her bodyguard/many, Daimon Shippen. (The Formerly Mustachioed Shippens)
Sources say that Shippen is tickled by the attention from the media but that he “really wants to focus on his job: taking care of the kids and of her.” This same source confirms that Shippen was indeed the mustachioed security guard who helped Britney catch Sean when she nearly dropped him in May 2006. Shippen was working for a security company at the time but Britney recently hired him independent of an agency and since then he has escorted her to see Wicked, to church and has been spotted at the Beverly Hills hotel that she has been living while she is under investigation from Child Protective Services.
