We keep saying this everyday but today is another bad day for Britney Spears. Fox News reports that Kevin Federline now has temporary custody of both boys due the written testimony of Britney’s ex-bodyguard. The documents submitted to the judge yesterday accuse Brit of nudity and drug use in front of the kids and also questioned their safety in her care.

Commissioner Scott Gordon will order the boys, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, turned over to Federline based on information that Los Angeles Family Court received over the weekend about Britney Spears.
