Britney Spears should be forced to take Parenting 101. How many times does this make that Child Protective Services has stepped in to check on the safety of Britney’s kids? This time they are questioning the physical safety of her boys at Britney’s Malibu and Bel Air homes. Both lack the safety barrier around the swimming pool that are required by law for small children.
