Extra, by way of Aprilgate software, has predicted what Britney Spears will look like in 25 years, and it ain’t pretty. Britney’s been smoking, chugging coffee, booze, fast food and then frying her skin in tanning salons for years and if she keeps this behavior up her aesthetic future looks bleak.

True to their name, Extra went the extra mile and tried to find a solution for Britney. They asked renowned aging expert and plastic surgeon, Dr. George Semel, if there was any help for her at this point.

“Mild weight lifting is really helpful. Avoid sugar, grains and milk products. When you get heavier, it sabotages you in the aging process. For a woman, it’s a predisposition to cancer.”
