Britney Spear’s crazy behavior is getting worse and most insiders think she is just a hop, skip and a jump away from shaving her head again. By now you’ve all seen the pictures of Britney decked out all in black for her ‘Get Back’ video, but we’ve got the inside scoop on what happened that day.

First off, Britney showed up three hours late with her new puppy that is not potty-trained and spent most of her time cleaning up after little London. At one point even using a costly Chanel dress to clean up after her little doggie. That’s nothing, keep reading.

Everyone on set was shocked to see Britney so wasted and exhibiting even stranger behavior that usual. Britney allegedly wandered around babbling like a baby and half the time couldn’t hold her head straight. Staff also said that Britney has no sense of pride or shame and several times used the bathroom without shutting the door while the entire crew kept working around her.

Even the on set stylist was put through the ringer by Britney as she kept choosing clothing two sizes too small so that rolls were popping out everywhere. Britney was also scheduled to do an OK Magazine cover shoot that same day but her paranoia got the better of her and she took off abruptly and left everyone in a lurch. Later she explained that she thought everyone was talking about how fat she was behind her back. And they probably were. But they may not have if she would wear clothes that actually fit her.
