You’ve all no doubt heard about Britney Spears break out of her second rehab in less than a week. But did you know after her freedom break she went to visit the attorney who represented Mel Gibson in his DUI case. Wig wearing Britney met with Blair Berk, a criminal defense lawyer who represents big names like Lindsay Lohan, Halle Berry and Tracy Morgan. No word on why Britney is meeting with Berk, she already has a divorce attorney. Most likely it was about a civil matter. This is the same lawyer that Reese Witherspoon used in her fight against the paparazzi. Maybe Britney thinks the answer to her sanity is no in recovery but in litigation.
