Britney Spears had a desperate craving for a shot of vitamins before her performance at Miami’s Mansion club last Sunday night. She somehow managed to find a doctor that was available at the last minute to meet her at the venue to administer the injection just in time.

Britney’s rep said this is not unusual and he wouldn’t be surprised if this was true as these injections keep your energy going. It must have worked because after doing an exhausting 20 minute lip synching show, Britney put on her black bikini and her dog ugly cover up and went partied at the hotel Raleigh and then headed to Set nightclub where she partied until 5am.
