Ok, here is the lowdown on what Britney Spears former bodyguard Tony Barretto had to say in his court testimony. Its not pretty. First off Barretto claims that Britney nearly overdosed just days after being released from rehab. But worse than that, he says he actually feared that Britney would drown the boys.

Barretto says that another member of Britney security team that had been with her when she had her shaving her head meltdown, said that she was “shutting down” like she did then and warned Barretto to not let her take the boys swimming.

“He said she’d been talking about suicide then, and this was the same. Britney was sobbing. She screamed,” says Barretto. “[He said] ‘I’m worried about the kids. Don’t let her go swimming with them.’ I asked, ‘Is she going to drown them?’ He said, ‘I don’t know.’ I started to cry. How am I supposed to protect someone like that?”

Barretto also claims that Britney used white powdery drugs in front of him several times in clubs but acted as if she was using drugs at home as well.

“I’ve seen her take narcotics in nightclubs on only two occasions, but her drugged behavior — fidgety, nervous, jumpy — I’ve seen at her home, too, so I assume she was on drugs at home,” he says. “At the club, she was snorting a powdery substance, which I assume to be cocaine or methamphetamine. I think she leads a secret lifestyle and hides it from those she doesn’t trust. She gets upset with the notion of having to go there.”
