Britney Spears First Post-Hospital Upskirt Picture

It’s only been a few hours since Britney Spears was released from the hospital and we already have a new upskirt picture. As soon as Brit was allowed to leave UCLA medical center, the crazy picked up right where it lef off. People magazine reports that after leading paparazzi and news helicopters on a chase through Beverly Hills in her brand new car, our favorite popwreck ended up at the Beverly Hills Hotel where she ran into Maria Shriver before running off with Adnan Ghalib.
There, in a bizarre scene in the lobby, she ran into California’s First Lady, Maria Shriver, and they exchanged greetings, Shriver’s rep tells PEOPLE. Spears spent about two hours in the hotel, then was driven away by her paparazzi friend Adnan Ghalib, who raced out of the driveway with Spears – wearing dark glasses – in the passenger seat of his silver Mercedes. Photographers resumed their pursuit.
