Our friends at TMZ are reporting that one of Britney Spears drug tests has come back positive. This news, coming just days after Britney was caught on camera running a red light while sending a text message with her kids sleeping in the backseat, does not bode well for Britney. Kevin Federline’s attorney has already confirmed that he will subpoena the video of Britney’s careless driving and try to take that damaging evidence to the judge as early as this Wednesday.
