If it wasn’t for bad luck, Britney Spears would have no luck at all. Last Friday Britney was charged with one count of hit and run causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid California driver’s license. Each misdemeanor charge, coming from a small auto accident in a L.A. parking lot on August 6th, carries a maximum of 6 months in jail. And we all know how those California judges like making examples out of these party girls.

Not only is Britney not now licensed to drive in California and had never been issued a Cali DL, it’s questionable if she has a valid driver license from any state.

Britney was seen in tears leaving her attorney’s office last Friday after getting the news she could be facing jail time. She is schedule to be arraigned on the charges on October 10. Jut an FYI for you, this lawyer is the third one Britney has been through this week.
