We aren’t the only one’s that think Britney Spears stunk it up on the VMA’s Sunday. Britney is reportedly embarrassed that she performed so badly and some tabloids are even saying that she was seen crying backstage. Some blame the poor show on the Sara Silverman comments, some on a broken stilletto, but most just think that Britney is just too far gone and doesn’t have “it” anymore. We think the three day party and fast food binges before her show didn’t help either. Below are some quotes from People magazine from various sources.

We saw a clip of Britney in rehearsal and it was lightyears better than her actual performance, so the nerves story seems plausible. Maybe Britney should have gotten back into the deep water a little slower instead of jumping in the deep end of the MTV VMA’s.
