In documents filed by Trope, we also learn that five depositions are scheduled to take place in the Spears/Federline battle throughout January. The most interesting person to be deposed this month is Britney’s former body guard Anthony Barretto, who spilled the beans in September  about the popwrecks “mental problems” and near drug overdoses.
