Britney Spears Charges $25,000 On AMEX For Idol Gives Back

Britney Spears’ drug addled mind is slowly clearing up and she is realizing there are far greater things going on in the world to worry about than changing clothes 12 times a day. Since Britney’s daddy has her on lock-down she spends her nights at home watching tv and not out aimlessly driving the streets of L.A. She was so touched watching American Idol Gives Back this week that she donated $25,000 to the cause.
“She did it all on her own. She watched the show and cried for like two hours over the children in Africa with malaria. She didn’t know much about the disease, so she Googled it. She was horrified to realize kids were dying from mosquito bites. So she went online and donated after getting [her dad] Jamie’s permission. She used her Amex.”
There you go, Brit. That’s a far cry better than her standard monthly $500 in charitable donations.
