Britney Spears is not bothered by legal agreements such as child custody. Under the legally binding child custody agreement Britney has with Kevin Federline, Britney is not allowed to take the children out of L.A. County without a nanny and without his consent. Kevin reportedly hit the roof when he found out that Britney was lounging in the Hawaiian sun after two days of frantically trying to find her and the kids.
Kevin refused to give Britney permission for this trip but she went anyway then avoided his calls for two days. When he finally got in touch with her she was sipping on a cocktail poolside. Furious, Kevin demanded that she bring the boys home right away. After playing cat and mouse with flight times, Kevin finally got both boys back utterly exhausted.
Sources say that Kevin is no determined to get full custody of the kids and it fed up with Britney’s lifestyle and refusal to change. He also still believes that she is using drugs and wants her to take a drug test. Even if he is unable to get a court ordered drug test, Kevin still believes based on Britney’s lifestyle and boozing he will get full custody of the kids.
If this intel on Brit and KFed’s custody agreement is true, this means that Britney violated a court order and is now in contempt. This could be trouble kids.
