Britney Spears Attorney’s Charge Her $685,985.22

Britney Spears has been court ordered to pay $375,000 for Kevin Federline’s legal fees, which is probably fair. I mean it was her crazy-ass antics that forced K-Fed to take such drastic action. If you remember waaaay back before the head-shaving and bikini swappin’ they had most things settled and were sharing custody of the kids. So, ok she foots the bill for K-Daddy’s lawyer bill and the price seems fair in the insane world of big law. But what the hell is going on with her attorneys?

In the order issued by Commish Scott Gordon, he notes that disso queen Laura Wasser charged Brit $164,972 in legal fees. Remember, Wasser handled the case for 10 months. She’s the one who handled the divorce and fought for joint custody and dealt with Brit during the meltdown.

After Wasser quit, Brit hired Trope and Trope to rep her. On Trope’s watch, Brit lost custody and visitation. Their bill for five months? $685,985.22 (the 22 cents is a killer).
