The UK tabloid claims that Britney is telling friends that she is in the final stages of talks with an adoption agency to bring home a set of six year old Chinese twins, presumably to replace the ones she is about to lose.

Meanwhile, Kevin Federline and Britney’s eternal custody battle resumes this week and will revolve around who gets the kids for Christmas.
