Close your mouth, I know you are slackjawed at the news that Ashlee Simpson is following in Jessica’s footsteps once again. It should come as no shock that Ashlee Simpson has also fired the publicist she shared with sister Jessica. Rob Shuter created more bad press in one week for Jessica Simpson than she could do on her own in an entire year by telling the weekly tabloids that Jess was dating John Mayer.

But before we go on another Ashlee bashing rant here, let’s give her some credit for actually breaking out of the Papa Joe Simpson ‘insta-popstar’ mold and signing on to do the broadway show, Chicago. And check this chick out, she’s never looked better. Or more like her sister. Oh well, I tried.
