There were tears all around in the Florida courtroom as that attention seeking Judge Seidlin handed down his verdict over the custody of Anna Nicole Smith’s body today.
The court appointed guardian of little Dannielynn won custody of Anna’s remains, but Judge Seidlin did put his two cents in by saying that he would like to see Anna buried next to her son.
The judge then directed Dannielynn’s guardian to consult with Anna’s mother, Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern on the burial plans. Doesn’t sound like Judge Seidlin made any hard decision, the poor guardian is going to have to do it.

****Before I could even get finished writing this post, Dannielynn’s guardian decided to bury her mama next to her brother. At least one person in this circus has some sense.
