I don’t think this news comes as a shock to anyone, but TrimSpa won’t really make you lose 70 pounds of fat as the company and Anna Nicole Smith claim. The suit filed yesterday in the LA County Superior Court alleges the advertising for TrimSpa is ‘false or misleading’.

The suit was filed as a class action lawsuit, and subsequently all the rats are coming out of the woodwork to get paid. Nearly every single model you’ve seen in the diet pills ads over the past few years say they never used the product to lose weight and one went so far as to say she felt threatened by the company into signing an affidavit saying her story was true. Our friends at TMZ have the court documents listing Anna Nicole as a defendant in the suit.

So if Anna Nicole didn’t use TrimSpa to lose all that weight, what exactly did she do? She’s said over and over that she never exercises, it’s hard to believe she got it off the old fashion, hard work way. So what do you think kids, gastric bypass or drugs?
