Now that Charlie Sheen and Brooke have sobered up and had a few days to think about it, they want to try to get over their huge egos and work things out. But a judge has already given Brooke a protection order against her abusive husband that they must get dismissed before they can be in the same room together.

“The Insider” has obtained a motion filed on Wednesday by Charlie Sheen’s lawyer Richard Cummins stating that both the actor and his wife, Brooke Mueller, want a judge to dismiss the protection order provided to Mueller.

Earlier in the day, Mueller’s lawyer Yale Galanter told us Mueller and Sheen wanted to get back in contact with each other “so they can work on resolving the conflicts in their marriage.”

The Black Crowes frontman (and ex-husband of Kate Hudson) and his current wife Allison Bridges welcomed their first child together Saturday.

“Chris Robinson and his new wife, Allison, have a healthy and beautiful baby girl,” says his rep. “Cheyenne Genevieve Robinson, 6 lbs., 3 oz., was born on Dec. 26, 2009 at the Robinsons’ home in California.”

Chris already has a 5 year-old son with Kate Hudson. It will interesting to see how this progressive ‘hippie’ family works out holidays and vacations. Maybe they’ll all end up living together and raising the kids together in a Moroccan commune.

Conservative radio talk host Rush Limbaugh was rushed to a Honolulu hospital on Wednesday afternoon with chest pains, sources told KITV.Paramedics responded to the call at 2:41 p.m. at the Kahala Hotel and Resort.

Limbaugh, 58, suffered from chest pains, sources said. Limbaugh was sitting in a chair in his ninth-floor hotel room at the Kahala when emergency crews arrived, sources said. He told medical crews that he was taking medication for a back problem, sources said.

Rumors about these two are always going to be float, but as of now they are still presenting an united front. Brad even brought the girls to visit mommy on the set of her latest movie Salt this week.

Most of us thought Denise Richards was blowing things out of proportion when she was accusing Charlie Sheen of pretty much being the devil incarnate during their ugly divorce. She claimed that Sheen was addicted to prescription painkillers, online porn, hiring prostitutes and gambling and that he was either absent or verbally abusive most of the time – particularly at key points in their marriage like during her pregnancies and the births of their two children.

But now that we know he attacked his present wife with a freakin’ knife…her claims sound perfectly plausible. Denise tweeted out some of her aggravation this week.

Despite reports that Katy Perry and Russell Brand’s relationship might be on the rocks after not spending Christmas together, my new favorite couple seems to be going strong.

The singer reportedly shelled out nearly $100,000 dollars for the fully-loaded black, 2010 Range Rover SVU. There’s only one problem — Russell can’t drive! Apparently, the vehicle comes with a warranty and a set of driving lessons.

How do you get to be 30 something and not know how to drive? Is it just me or is that really weird?

I really don’t like Charlie Sheen. Sure, he’s funny on Two and a Half Men ..but in real life…he’s an a-hole.

To fuel my dislike for Carlos…his addiction/anger issues have caused me to have to take time out from my holiday vacation from blogging to post this story about him beating up his wife.

“Carlos Irwin Estevez, also known as the actor Charles I. Sheen, was brought to the Pitkin County Colorado Jail for booking and incarceration following his arrest by the Aspen Police Department,” Pitkin County Sheriffs Office patrol director Jeff Lumsden said in a statement. “Estevez had been arrested for Second Degree Assault, a class four felony, Menacing, a class five felony and Criminal Mischief, a class one misdemeanor. All charges are coupled with a domestic violence component.”

“Mr. Estevez has a total bond amount of $8,500. As with all domestic violence cases, Mr. Estevez will remain incarcerated at the jail until his case undergoes its initial judicial review,” Lumsden continued.

So Denise was right. Charlie sucks. Things between Carlos and Brooke have reportedly been rocky for the past few months. She had been in Colorado for the past three months while he’s been living the bach lifestyle in Los Angeles. He flew out to spend Christmas with her and their twins but things obviously didn’t go so well. Meanwhile, Sheen’s rep Stan Rosenfeld released a statement after the incident hinting that things are not what they seem. He said: “Do not be misled by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day.”
