Gwen Stephani and crew will be upping their teen-cred this Spring when No Doubt performs on the hit teen/tween show Gossip Girls.

No Doubt will be the first chart-topping band to perform on the CW show for its second-to-last episode on May 11. What song will they play for everyone’s favorite Upper East Side teen queens of mean? “Stand and Deliver,” originally by Adam and the Ants.

Song choice is cool…tv show to appear on Gwen and boys…not so much.

Brain-Fry Noodlestein’s completely brilliant at what he does—or rather, did. Dude’s throwing it all away—friends, family, well-respected career—’cause he’s hooked on the hard stuff. Much harder stuff than Smokey Shooter would ever consider.

Think the well-worn veins of lascivious ladies Fake à La Ferocity and Morgan Mayhem have the hard drug market cornered in H’wood? Please, Brain-Fry’s beating them at their own miserable game, and he’s barely even trying. But his buds sure as hell are:

BFN’s best amigos, understandably, are up all night either worrying about their depressed friend or following his every move, just in case he hits even lower—an overdose? Jail time?

It’s all a likely possibility with Noodle’s don’t-give-a-damn behavior. They thought they’d already seen him at his worst (professionally, at least, as did many others). But it was nothing compared to seeing Brain-F injecting H right in front of ‘em, which is now a matter, of course, for the iconoclast dude.

Makes us seriously suspect how much these so-called friends care about Brainy’s livelihood—or life—when they could easily nab the drugs out of his shaky hands. But knowing BFN, he’d just find it through some other fame hanger-on who doesn’t give an ef. God knows there are enough of those in T-town to go around.

Brain-Fry really should know better, as he’s seen this stuff happen before. Which is prolly what made him so depressed to begin with. Britney’s public meltdown is just gonna seem like a hissy fit by the time B.F.’s done self-destructing. Believe us on this one.

And It Ain’t: Billy Bob Thornton, Jared Leto, Kanye West

I don’t why, but I am sooo shocked that Bono would rip on seemingly loveable Chris Martin. And I’m a bit upset, to tell you the truth. I guess I thought Bono was above name-calling pettiness. Didn’t you?

During a recent live radio broadcast Bono was asked by the host to apologize for calling Chris a “wanker”. (And FYI. wanker is considered a swear word in the UK.)

The show’s host, Jo Whiley, stopped the session and forced the star to apologise to listeners for the outburst. Bono retracted his previous comment, saying “Oops! Sorry, sorry, I’m a reformed character – I don’t do that (swear) any more,” before going on to label Martin “a completely dysfunctional character and a cretin” instead.

Nice Bono. Where’s the love and the peace you preach about brother? Bono insists that no matter what his opinion of Martin as a person, he is a big fan of Coldplay’s music – calling the singer a “genius melodist up there with Ray Davies and Paul McCartney”.

We all know that Lindsay Lohan’s recent weight loss is out of control…but now someone has put a number on it. According to Ahlan.com Lilo is down to two digits.

Insiders say Lindsay’s weight has dropped from 61 kilos to 43 kilos within the past few months, which, at 5ft 6 makes her seriously underweight according to her BMI.

“She looks horribly unhealthy,” said a friend, who adds that LiLo’s pals are blaming a ‘skinny pact’ with Samantha Ronson for the rapid weight loss. “Lindsay is obsessed with her weight.”

This ’skinny pact’ rumor keeps popping back up over and over again. Maybe Sam should let her out of the agreement.

The powers that be at Lost would you like you to think that Kate will be killed off on next weeks episode. I didn’t believe this one when it first popped up earlier this week simply because they want you to think that so you will watch.

But then I came across another source this morning that says the Evangeline Lily has definitely been auditioning for roles on new pilots for next fall.

I swear if they kill her off before she can re-hook up with Sawyer I am boycotting the show forever a few weeks.
