A source was quoted in Closer magazine as saying: ‘She limits herself to 1400 calories a day with one ‘cheat day’ where she’ll treat herself. She also changed the way she eats, trying to have only two thirds of what is on her plate. It’s all about portion control and fresh food now. And lots of water in place of Red Bull.’

But through all this healthy change, Britney stayed true to her trashy self and held on to the Marlboro’s.

Corey Feldman is one vain former child star. After seeing himself in his recent PETA campaign, shirt down to his navel, the actor felt he looked chubby. In lieu of a new nutrition and fitness plan, he called his wife Susie’s plastic surgery to schedule some liposuction.

Corey appeared in the ‘Give Peas A Chance’ ad to promote vegetarianism sitting next to his naked wife, as the reality show couple tried to recreate John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s famous Give Peace a Chance bed-in.

He says, “They were going, ‘More skin, more skin, give us more skin.” Feldman’s cosmetic surgeon will feature on an episode of his U.S. reality show The Two Coreys, which co-stars fellow former child star Corey Haim.

Gorgeous Elizabeth Hurley is about to show you all that she is more than a pretty face and zero body fat as she gets set to star in her own reality TV show about life her farm.

The show will follow Liz as she goes about daily  life looking after her chickens and sheep on her farm in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. This should be interesting, instead of seeing Liz in fab evening gowns or looking super hot in a bikin we’ll get to see the modle/actress/designer in torn clothing and muddy boots.

She said: “People always imagine me with perfect hair. But that’s not who I am. The first time he saw me in the country, my husband found me in wellies, covered in mud.”

Tim Burton has teamed up with Disney to do an over-the-top update of Alice in Wonderland.

The big-budget production is being financed by Disney, and will be shot in 3-D. Filming will start next year, with release slated for 2010. Unknown Australian actress Mia Wasikowska has won the title role, although no other roles have had casting confirmed.

But our sources tell us there is nobody else that Tim Burton would allow to play The Mad Hatter besides his movie-making BFF Johnny Depp. Natch.

Fame is a fickle lady. Shannen Doherty was once the hottest star on television but these days no one recognizes her. TMZ reports that ‘Shannen went to the Sheriff’s Department in Malibu to complain about paparazzi following her. The cops who talked to her were baffled … because they had no idea who she was.’

None of the cops at the station had any idea who the actress formerly known as Brenda Walsh was, so they couldn’t understand why photographers would be following her. Shannen had to explain to the coppers that she is/was a “tv star” before she left the station in a major huff.
