The sedation has worn off and Britney Spears is once again raging in the hospital. Sources from the inside say that she is furious that she is being held against her will, screaming at the staff and has already pulled out her IV.

It also looks like Britney may finally get an official ‘bi-polar’ diagnosis and medication that she so desperatley needs.
