Well kids, it looks like the Jessica Simpson/Tony Romo rumors are true. Major tabloids reported this week that Tony spent the Thanksgiving holiday at Jessica’s grandparents house in Texas. Celebrity hook-up rumors are usually just that, and in Jessica’s case they are usually just media spin from her people to get her name out there. But in this case Jessica is photographed with her closest friends and family cheering on Tony at the November 22nd game against the New York Jets. Bringing Mamaw and Papaw Simpson to the game gives some validity to this relationship.

You just know that Jess is sitting there hating the fact that she has to sit through the entire game, but she is on the hunt so you do what you have to do. Tara Reid is officially a D-Lister. Once one of Hollywood’s up and coming young actresses, Tara is now reduced to hosting less than fabulous events at less than fabulous clubs. The American Pie star has been hired to host the “Hookers Ball” at the Discovery nightclub in Darwin, Autralia this weekend.

Tara will not only host the event, they club owners say she will be dressed as a prostitute and will be required to participate in the wet t-shirt contest. A flyer for the event says partygoers should expect “bondage beds, fantasy, latex, porn stars, erotic dancers, and a R rated very raunchy event”. Club owners are more than happy to brag about securing such a big American talent. A spokesman for Discovery says they usually get passed over by “big-name stars.”

“It’s something our promotions team worked very hard for and we just managed to secure her in the last week.”

We love the really crazy Britney Spears stories like this one. Us Weekly reports that around 1am on November 18 Britney went shopping at a West Hollywood x-rated store and pitched a fit when the staff wouldn’t let her try on novelty underwear. Britney loaded her arms down with naughty panties and headed to the fitting room. When store employees stopped her she got visably upset.

At that point, Spears threw a fit, and took off her own underwear before trying on a pair of boyshorts (with “Barely Legal’ stitched across the rear end) in the middle of the store while 15 other customers looked on. The employees kept saying ‘Don’t change out here!’ She’s just like, ‘Well, I couldn’t take them in the fitting room!’ It was like dealing with a child.”

Britney kicked her tantrum up a notch when the staff insisted that she pay for the tainted undies, but she finally handed over her credit card and then promptly snatched a wig off a mannequin and walked out of the store.
