Lynne Spears has spoken out about the gossip the past few days inferring her daughter Britney Spears served her with a restraining order. Lynne says that Britney was actually delivering a letter to her but TMZ counters that it was a letter from an attorney asking Lynne to stay away from Jayden and Sean while she (Lynne) is on medication.

Britney is obviously still pissed that she was forced into rehab and is taking her revenge on her mother by kicking her where it hurts, her grandkids. Lynne says she has asked Britney to move away from LA and give her kids a normal childhood but Britney refuses to give up on her big comeback. Sad, really.

Paris Hilton may have pulled one over on the press the night of the MTV Movie Awards, but her disguise at the airport didn’t fool anyone. TMZ spies spotted her in a black wig and a straw hat in the International First Class Lounge.

I don’t think the news that Lindsay Lohan was on drugs the night of her last car accident is a shock to anyone, but we now have confirmation. Published reports show that she had cocaine and twice the legal amount of booze in her system when she got behind the wheel of her car and then crashed into a curb/tree. Police say they are still gathering evidence and are unsure if they will charge her with any crime.

Britney Spears has backed out of the Cyndi Lauper True Colors concert this weekend. Turns out that Cyndi doesn’t like washed up, wacked out lip synching pop tarts. Britney said she would only dance or lip synch and Cyndi said “See Ya!”
