Ok, so we keep getting the countdown wrong, but today we are finally on track. Five more days left of freedom for Paris Hilton and here’s what she is up to:

Looking sad as she leaves her house for a studio photoshoot, Paris heads to a photo shoot  where she pastes on a smile, because  as we all know, she is ever the professional.

Nicole Richie told Ryan Seacrest Wednesday morning that Paris is feeling very nervous about going to her new home where her cell mate has already been chosen. Paris will be bunking in this cell with a fellow reckless driver.

Another secret wedding rumor about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, but somehow this seems more legit. Why? Because we want to see Brad make an honest woman out of Angie, for the kids sake. So this time the story goes that Angie has secretly accepted Brad’s proposal and is right now organizing a lavish ceremony that will outshine his wedding to Jennifer Aniston.

“Brad has been persistent and has now given in, but she wants the day to be really memorable. While she doesn’t want it to be unnecessarily lavish, that’s not her style, it will still be an event Hollywood will never forget. She also wants their children to see it as a huge celebration of her and Brad’s love for them. The daytime part of the celebration will be for the kids, with clowns and balloons and fire-eaters. But then the real party will begin in the evening.”

If the rumor is true, the pair are planning on a fall wedding.

This might be the strangest rumor that I’ve heard about Lindsay Lohan yet, and it has nothing to do with drugs. In a video on AOL’s Popeater Blog, Marilyn Manson says that Lindsay had an obsession with changing her clothes in front of him. This information adds more cred to the rumor that Dita Von Teese broke off their marriage due to Lindsay’s constant phone calls to Manson asking him to ‘hang out’.

Ever the thoughtful friend, Marilyn goes on to kick Lindsay when she’s down by saying:

“How much would it suck that forever you’re going to ‘firecrotch’, you’re gonna have to shave or just roll with it…that’s why she went blonde, slight of hand.”

What a gentleman. You can really see how that Evan Rachel Wood fell for him.

Lindsay Lohan estranged father Michael Lohan says his daughter is suffering from several addictions, including alcohol and the painkiller Oxycontin.

“I spoke to the people treating Lindsay, because I wanted to make sure she was getting the right care, and I’m satisfied they are doing the right thing for her, helping her detox from the painkillers and things. That’s a very important step.”

It’s nice that after years of acting a fool himself he is finally taking an interest in his daughters life. Maybe if he hadn’t been out partying while she was younger, she might not be in rehab now. Chris Rock says the daddy’s only job is to keep his daughter ‘off the pole’. But I think that even Chris would concede that phrase also covers drug addiction.

Dr. Drew Pinsky analyzed the explanation letter so carefully penned by Britney Spears on her website and has concluded that he is basically full of crap.  On being forced into rehab when she had no problem other than depression:

Dr Drew says: “You cannot be admitted to a chemical dependency center in California without meeting the criteria, without being chemically dependent.”

Dr. Drew also says that Britney still displays ‘addict thinking’ placing blame on people around here and avoiding responsibility and this means she is in a bad place for recovery.

Dr. Drew’s final prediction for our pop tart? Not good.

“It’s horrible, it’s very sad, but I see flashing danger signs. I think she is on the road to relapse, if she hasn’t relapsed already.”

Oh Dr. Drew, were have you been? Don’t you read our blog? Britney was found puking her guts out in the mens bathroom at a nightclub just a few nights ago. I’d say that qualifies as a relapse, no?
