Bobby Brown is locked up again, this time in Massachusetts, for failing to pay child support fines. A judge ruled Monday that Bobby will remain behind bars until he pays the $19,150 he owes former girlfriend Kim Ward for child support.

Bobby has been having trouble paying Ward the $5,500 a month he is ordered to pay her for their two teenage children. Apparently Bobby has been delinquent since last October when a judge ordered that he be arrested if he even stepped into the state after he skipped a court hearing over the missed payments.

I bet Bobby dances a jig the day that these two kids turn 18, cause their momma don’t have no trouble having him arrested every time she don’t get paid.
