Lynn Spears has finally come to LA to see what is going on with daughter Britney. And it only took a break-out of rehab, a shaved head and two new tattoos to get her to LA.

New reports add more crazy behavior to Britney’s weekend rampage. After running away from a Florida rehab she was spotted in a local Bebe store trying on clothes with the dressing room door open while completely naked. If you haven’t heard the news yet this glorious Monday morning, our favorite insane pop star went nuts over the weekend and shaved her own head when a hair stylist refused to do it for her. She then trotted over to her local tattoo parlor for a few new tat’s.

When asked why she went for a buzz cut Britney said she was “tired of having things plugged into it.” I would’ve just stopped getting the ghetto extensions instead of going all Sinead O’Conner, but that’s just me. And just like everything else in today’s world, most of the craziness was caught on video.
