The man who claims to be Britney Spear’s new attorney says that his client is being ‘deprived of her Constitutional rights’ and says he is trying to bring a ‘return to normalcy’ for the most famous popwreck in the world.

Jon Eardley, a lawyer with practices in Washington, D.C., New York and Whittier, Calif., filed a complaint in U.S. District Court on behalf of Spears on Thursday. He lashed out against the existing conservatorship as a “violation of [Spears's] civil rights,” and requested the case be moved from California state court to a federal court.

“I see the case as a civil rights case. These are issues of confinement. Very serious confinement. Not allowed to contact her friends. Not allowed to use the phone. Not allowed to come and go as you please. Bodyguards controlling you and so forth.”

We don’t know what this dude is talking about. Look at Britney’s hair!!! It’s been years since her hair has been so cared for. She looks fantastic on her dinner date with her father. And yes before you question our logic, the state of her hair does directly reflect on the state of her mind. Do we need to remind you that just a year ago she was bald. I don’t think homegirl has been this normal since she shaved her head. She needs to fire that attorney.
